Creation in 2022 is not limited to the real world. Here’s the amazing take on Thomas Sevcik

Four elements are essential for a metaverse world to take root and thrive, experts say: immersive realism, access and identity, interoperability and scalability. Achieving them without changing the laws of physics requires complex technology and financial considerations. Take a quick spin through a few emerging metaverses and it’ll be easy to see what their creators prioritized and what they had to sacrifice.

Such trade-offs are virtually invisible at pax.world. Its creator, Frank Fitzgerald, has spent years looking at the issues from every angle and optimizing pax.world for all four parameters. And he’s eager to show the world what his five-year head start and stubborn refusal to accept that everything is impossible has made possible.

Launching in summer 2022, Pax.world has evolved so much that some of the best, most imaginative minds on Earth are coming together for a sneak preview.

One such great mind is Thomas Sevcik, the world-renowned architect and city planner.

Sevcik, the CEO of Arthesia, works with companies and governments around the world, usually on major projects. With a passion for the metaverse, creation and architecture, he wanted to talk about pax.world. Here is a summary of his comments.

When asked about his career in innovation, Sevcik said: “I made early versions of the metaverse – in my pretty real sandbox and on paper with my own maps of imaginary countries and cities. From then on it was easy”

His modesty belies important professional achievements.

“I am fortunate to be an entrepreneur and to be involved in many outstanding international projects. Some are very large, such as creating entire urban districts in many parts of the world, while others are exciting, such as branded worlds and experiences. Some are unique, private cities and contrarian investments come to mind.”

The talk was about crypto, metaverse and Sevcik’s involvement in the financial revolution.

“In the beginning I watched a bit from the sidelines. I love questions of sovereignty, special zones, and alternative governance ideas, so I looked at it from that angle.

“I personally started crypto quite early and I’m glad I did.”

On the metavers. Sevcik commented: “It’s a logical development, isn’t it? Humans are naturally curious creatures who are constantly broadening their horizons and then wanting more.”

“A metaverse is not unreal or inhuman. In fact, it is deeply human and completely real, creating worlds and experiences on a new level. Utopian and pragmatic at the same time.”

Sevcik’s vision is a unique and humanistic view of the metavers. He argues that the metaverse is an opportunity to celebrate the human experience, through pax.world, in ways not possible in the real world.

Not only is Pax.world ready to be used, but it’s also ready to innovate in the physical world, he said. As Secvik puts it, learning in the metaverse has the extraordinary potential to improve many of the societal challenges that people struggle with in the real world.

The metaverse poses compelling questions about our ‘real’ world, argues Sevcik.

“Spatial planning story, for example, the idea of ’quality and uniqueness’ is immediately explored when working in the metaverse.”

He is convinced that pax.world is nothing less than the beginning of a new era of discovery for humanity.

“It is so much more than just wanting to build land. It actually means repositioning cities, companies and organizations.”

“I’m already working on immense real-world projects that are explicitly linked or augmented by vectors, dimensions, extensions to or with the metaverse.”

Sevcik is confident that the pax.world project is ready and just the right vehicle to transport his forward-thinking ideas.

With a realistic style based on reality, low system requirements (accessible with a $300 Chromebook), a complex ecosystem with unparalleled capabilities, and a growing community-driven world, Pax.world fills the advancement areas.

The Pax.world team of creators is delighted to have Thomas Sevcik and his team on board and will soon be introducing other great minds and skilled creators who are slated to join the pax.world family. Check out pax.world this summer. It won’t be hard to miss.
