DOGE Replaces Polkadot As 12th Largest Cryptocurrency, Resurfaces Among Top Whales Holdings
According to CoinMarketCap data, Dogecoin has flipped Polkadot in terms of market cap. With a current market value of $17.13 billion, Dogecoin is now the 12th largest cryptocurrency, ahead of Polkadot’s market cap of $16.09 billion.

On February 22, Dogecoin took a beating along with the rest of the cryptocurrency market. It fell to $0.12, the lowest level since early December 2021. Polkadot (DOT) has now fallen to 13th after failing to make a convincing recovery, and it is trading at $16.30.

According to Whale Statistics data, Dogecoin has returned to the top 10 token holdings by Binance whales. The top 1,000 BSC-based wallets include 324,950,073 DOGE. That’s worth a whopping $46,070,284 at the current exchange rate.

As previously described by U.Today, US-based streaming TV service provider Sling TV has made Dogecoin one of its customer subscription payment options and now accepts the meme crypto and other digital currencies through BitPay.
British law firm gunnercooke has announced that it is now accepting cryptocurrencies as payment for legal and professional services, claiming to be the first major law firm in the UK to do so. Coinpass, a UK-based crypto exchange registered with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as a crypto asset company, is working with gunnercooke to facilitate the transactions.
