How to cancel your Netflix subscription from T-Mobile

If you can access Netflix through T-Mobile, you need to go to the carrier’s website to complete the cancellation. After logging into your T-Mobile account, select “Manage Add-ons” under the “I want” section.

When you get to the add-ons page, scroll down to the “Services” section. There are two Netflix subscriptions that you can access through the service. Uncheck the one you are subscribed to.

A message will appear stating that you will no longer be able to access your Netflix account if you delete it. Click the “Continue Deletion” button to delete the payment to Netflix via T-Mobile.

When you’re done, scroll to the bottom of the page and select “Continue” to uninstall Netflix.

You no longer pay Netflix via T-Mobile. You will retain access to the service for the remainder of your billing period.

Now that you’ve successfully canceled Netflix, you can sit back and relax, knowing that that payment won’t be deducted from your checking account every month.
