Sennheiser teases its Momentum 4 headphones

(Pocket Ribbon) – Sennheiser has released a big teaser about the upcoming Momentum 4 wireless headphones, along with confirmation that they will be available in August 2022.

The headphones have adaptive noise cancellation, a form of cancellation that adapts to the noise levels around you, and will also boast an extraordinarily impressive 60 hours of battery life.

Sennheiser says the Momentum 4 will have 42mm drivers inspired by audiophile-grade hardware, apparently pointed toward the front of your ears for a slightly more natural sound.

It also sounds like it’s been working on the headset’s microphones to improve voice recording for call quality and talking to your chosen smart assistant.

That’s quite a bit of detail for what’s still a pair of headphones we haven’t actually seen – the Sennheiser image above confirms that it will once again have a cloth finish, at least on the headband of the headphones.

There will also apparently be a synthetic leather finish on the ear pads for some luxurious comfort.

The announcement post also has an image of a cloth carrying case, so that’s clearly the theme it belongs to, in line with the impressive Momentum True Wireless 3 we tested earlier this year.
